By laying your hands upon your ally and plying the Stranger's Gift, empower them or take some of their fatigue into yourself. If your target ally is suffering from the effects of Exhaustion, reduce the level of Exhaustion on your target ally by one and take on the effects of their current level of Exhaustion for 1 hour.

If, however, your ally is not suffering from Exhaustion, grant them advantage for 1 round for their next ability check, saving throw, or attack roll for the price of taking a disadvantage on your ability checks, saving throws, or attack rolls for 1 round.
