Description
Using the Strager's Gift, you pop the capillaries in your target's eyes, severely limiting their vision to a 20-foot radius for the duration. In addition, your target must take disadvantage for every attack roll and skill check(not saving throws) for the duration.
At Higher Levels
Spell cannot be cast at higher levels
