Description

Perhaps bolstering the blood of your enemies to give them temporary strength can pay off if you can poison them from within. Make a ranged spell attack. If your attack hits, your target enemy suffers 2 Wounds, and gains +1d6 to each damage roll for as long as the spell's effects last. However, At the beginning of each of your target's turns for the next 3 rounds, if the spell has not yet been dispelled, they must take 3d4 of necrotic damage. After taking this damage, they may make a Constitution Saving Throw against your spellcasting DC. If they succeed, the effects of the spell immediately cease.

At Higher Levels

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage bonus to your target increases by +2d6 and the damage you deal to your target at the start of its turn increases by 3d4 for each spell slot level above 2nd.
