The product of the Tretalleri hatred for the arcane magics that are wielded so freely by the Elledynnë, the Trigallarë, as they are called in the Tretalleri dialect (Ironblood-Bound in Dominean), are the section of the Tretalleri population that had the misfortune of being born with or manifesting a talent for the arcane arts.

Governing Body

Though the Trigallarë are essentially slaves to the Dominion, and though they are often given over to certain individuals for easier management, the Trigallarë are in fact not bound by anything other than contractual obligation to any of these individuals. The Trigallarë are slaves to the Ivory Throne, and the Ivory Throne alone.
